There have been many changes in the rules surrounding the conditions of eligibility but also the contours of this product and its timetable. In recent weeks, the registry has communicated two new relaxations of the registration conditions.
These changes offer more registration possibilities to any right holder, but on the other hand, they oblige holders of trademarks not protected by this product or initially by a Sunrise B, to be cautious.
Changes, timetable, deadline, relevance …. We propose to decipher for you the latest changes and to review together the next steps and their impacts, in order to allow you to make the most informed decision.
