Monaco: some changes for the .MC
The Monegasque registry has recently announced new rules for the registration and management of its national extension.
MC domain names are now activated for 1 year and not indefinitely as before. Another change: it is no longer possible to reserve 3rd level domain names, i.e. under the following extensions :
.asso.mc
.tm.mc
.lawyer.mc
.architects.mc
.accountants-agrees.mc
.expert-accountants.mc
.notary.mc
.dentist.mc
The domain names already registered under these extensions are maintained, however.
Finally, the registry has set up an accreditation system for registrars. SafeBrands has therefore proceeded with its accreditation with the Monegasque registry in order to be able to continue offering you .MC domain names.
