Changing DNS servers
Zone file support
Setting up additional options on your domain names
Dealing with any technical issue (redirection, e-mail etc.)
Dealing with an unidentified login to your client area
Phishing or hacking attempt
Emergency support and planned work
Support can be provided immediately on request, but also by working with your teams on operations that are prepared and planned in advance such as overnight changes to DNS zones.
Support is provided solely for requests made by authorized persons named in a secure document, who are authenticated when the request is made.
